Once you have started receiving job applications through CWJobs, you can use our free 'Applicant Manager' tool to help you manage the applications.

Manage the status of each application e.g. 'invited to interview', 'placed', 'rejected' etc
Add screening questions to filter in the most relevant candidates according to your criteria
Score candidates according to the way they have responded to your screening questions
Setup automatic responders so candidates know you have received their application
Have job applications forwarded straight to your email address
