Every year, we run a survey on CWJobs.co.uk profiling our users to find out who they really are.
Here’s a brief summary of what we found:
- 84% are male, 16% are female
- 84% are aged between 25 and 54 years of age
- 78% of our jobseekers are based in UK
- 19% are in the South East, 15% in London, 11% in the North East/West, 7% in the South West and 11% in the Midlands
- 81% have a degree, professional or postgraduate qualification
- 12% graduated within the last two years
- 52% are permanent staff, 19% are contractors and 4% have temporary/flexi/job sharing roles
We also asked how often and how they use CWJobs:
- 36% of users we surveyed use CWJobs several times a week. 23% use it several times a month and 12% of all respondents use it several times a day.
- More than half of all respondents are job seekers looking for a job (61%) and 35% are jobseekers browsing at jobs but not actively applying
- 74% of users have applied online for a job with CWJobs
- 44% use their mobile to search for jobs and the majority of these do so several times a week.
